Auto Lift Garage Doors & Gates

This gate was originally installed by Auto Lift Garage Doors and was working well until we had a car drive through the gate and insurance claim was raise which Auto Lift repaired the gate, the repair is the worst repair I have seen, gate doesn't line up and they came back several times and charged us every few months stating someone else run into the gate which is totally untrue as we checked the CCTV and no marks on the gate since the original incident.



They like to charge us because they think they can as it is strata complex and cancelled our contract when we stated a warranty claim which they would not honour and asked for the replacement parts to be given to us. From the photos you can see the quality of works on the repairs this company does and when I questioned, they told me there is nothing wrong this them. Don't waste your time and money here.

Dodgy, steer clear.Their serviceman broke our motor, all caught on cctv, going perfectly until he let himself in and then told us a part was broken and irreplaceable and we needed a new motor. They said they couldnt view our footage so conveniently denied it not caring what their workers are getting up to at all. They supplied a new motor over $2000 which was ill equipt to operate our door, it died just after warranty period, convenient for them as they got an old motor off their shelf even though it was not good for our purposes.we are out of pocket by around$7000 because of them having 3 motors in 4 yrs, our last we went with a new company.even when their serviceman broke our cover of our new motor we got from them and we asked if they could fix it nect time he came, they said NO. Very rude and couldnt care less about their customers, dodgy! Also remotes went up from $65 to $200 in space of 8 months

I'm the owner of one unit. I want to add another remote control. I can't access to menu because Auto lift lock up by password. I called strata to get password. Auto lift denied. Auto lift said will make other remote can't work. It's not make sense. They want to charge $130 service + 85 remote
No one can touch the control board only them. If they want to charge $200 $300.You still have to pay. Unfair
locksmith charge $50 why we pay $130 by auto lift setup.
Avoid them.

Last reviews are fake! Don't use this company WARNING. They are a joke. Install a door that breaks 6 months later and refuse to repair under warranty! They are rude and say they put you on a "waiting list" for warranty fix that never ever happens.
I would take them to court but not worth my time and will not service my door with them. DO NOT USE THEM!

I have used Auto-Lift for a number of jobs over the last 5 years and have always been impressed with their service, professionalism, prices and quality of work. I have recommended them to a number of friends and colleagues and will gladly use them again in future.

Wonderful service provided from start to finish. Very helpful staff and installer. Love my new garage door not only looks great, works well and is so quiet. Would highly recommend Autolift to anyone.
