Every time you dare to give this place another chance at cleaning your pride and joy there are issues. Whether it be getting home only to discover they haven't cleaned the whole car, finding damage that wasn't there before visiting them. Spraying silicon on everything they shouldn't and using it to mask their poor cleaning job. Damaging your car, whether it be braking small modern fixed antenna's to your number plate frame. Marks on your paintwork from them hitting your car with the hose from their high pressure gun or even ruining your windscreen wipers.

Do not use this rough, overpriced joint if you care about your car at all.

Paid $33 for an “express wash” at the Rose Bay business. The car was still filthy, covered in dirt and bird poo. When I questioned the manager he said “that’s why you need the $55 wash” I said he had horrible customer service and when asked where I could send a complaint, he told me to “google it”. The manager then proceeded to use WINDEX over the body of the car after refusing to wash it again. Disgusting service. Will never return.

Thank you so much to the guys at Crystal Car Wash this afternoon who helped me out with a desd rat in my windscreen wipers. Can't thank you enough, and a beautifully cleaned car too.

They left 2 dirty rags in my cat and I now have permanent hand prints on my car that the new cleaner I went to said they can't wax and buff out. I understand i went eaely sunday morning yet they should be more on the ball. Attempting to contact them to have them fix the paint on my car. Will let you know how it goes.

Rubbish, rip-off. Don't fall for the upsell. They provide nothing but a lick and a promise at this dodgy place. I spent $100 for a basic plus wax and polish and I could have done better in 15 minutes in my driveway. There was still dust on the seats and dashboard, grime and dirt on the bottom part of car and door seals, some coffee drip marks they didnt bother to wipe off the plastic. Obviously spent very little time on it. Poor quality, go elsewhere.

I would never repeat this experience. The staff have such a disgraceful attitude and the quality of the job is staggeringly bad.
