NEVER PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I ordered a bed on the 3rd of July. I drove to Melbourne the next day on the 4th of July when I got a call advising me that they had made a mistake and the bed I originally wanted had sold out. I then ordered a Luxo Helmi Queen Fabric Bed Frame - Charcoal bed for $219 from Sydney that I had to get shipped to my house for $80 in 7-10 Business days. It never arrived. After waiting an hour for customer service they said they had never shipped it out. Very frustrating, now the bed was advertised for $169 but they wouldn't give me a refund and instead offered me $20 store credit. I am yet to receive my item, It will now take another 2 weeks to arrive and I won't be home to receive it, I Wish I had read some reviews about how horrible this company is! So slow, unhelpful and frustrating, Do not recommend buying from Deluxe Products at all!!!

I bought a bar fridge for $739 from this company, 2 years later it stops working as the compressor on the fridge broke. After contacting them several times they responded telling me I had to find someone myself to fix it myself as the warranty was only for 12 months. To fix this I will need to spend over $1000. I do not reccomend these fridges as they don't last more than 2 years nor this company as they are un reliable

DO NOT buy from this company, the most appalling customer experience ever!

Similar to other reviews on here bought a dressing table broken mirror they attempted to fix twice with wrong part and broken parts. 4 months later I am taking these people to department of fair trading when they refused my request for refund. Product still broken.

If you like constant lies and run around shop with these people if not give them a wide birth. The other comments on here about their appalling customer service is 100% correct. Also the quality of their products are at an extremely poor level.

I have dealt with this company many times over the last couple of years. I find their products great value for money and their after sales service is second to none. After a recent purchase which missed the courier pick up for the day the manger actually delivered the item his self after work. You can't beat service like that!

Deeply disappointed in the service received by deluxe products to be honest. Bad practices and mixed standards amongst staff. Were sent the wrong product, then totally dismissed by staff. Called and asked if we could swap for the right product and were told that would be fine. Then when we followed up, because 30 days had passed (as funnily enough we purchased the product prior to our kitchen renovation and hadn't removed it from the box - damn us for having foresight) that we actually couldn't swap it over for the correct product... A product of equal value.. We also offered to pay for the collection and delivery of the correct product. Still have been told categorically no - despite it coming at literally no cost to the business at all.. I would strongly urge against buying from these people as they obviously have no good will whatsoever - there would've been no Loss of money for the company to simply swap the product over.. Very very disappointed

Terrible Customer Service and False Advertising!!! Purchased the Coogee outdoor setting which is advertised as UV and weather resistant and after less than a month the black cushions have faded to a pale purple colour.
When I submitted a warranty claim with photo proof I was told this was normal and to be expected. I think not!!! Not after 1 month in less than "Sunny" Victoria.
Don't buy from Deluxe Priducts.....clearly dishonest and only out to make a quick buck with no regard for customer service!!!!
