After purchasing a large quantity of tiles for my new home, only to discover that many were seconds was a real disappointment. After returning them for an exchange, was charged a handling fee of $20% of the entire purchase amount, not happy with the professionalism, in a word, disappointing. Unfortunately, this was the second time, never again.
