as with philmore, cant fault these guys work. phone call answering isnt their strong point but email they are good and same when you drop in. best of all their machine servicing is on point and good price.

Similar to Philmore, I've had to go to O'Briens a few times for my Saeco coffee machine and generally can't fault them.The staff were polite and professional and corrected the issues in a timely manner.

I have had a reason to go to O'Briens on 3 occasions. Prices are reasonable and never had to wait more than 2 weeks for return of repair, however things seemed to be done properly as never had a problem with their repairs. Unfortunately I had to look the phone number as have to use their service again and, saw the review from "Michael T" I just want people to know of my experiences with them has been trouble free

In the past we had many a coffee machine repaired here. The machine in every case spent weeks at his shop and when we finally got it back it was never really quite right. But I put up with this and still purchase from him. Last Saturday Feb 1 I purchased a small tube of grease from this man. When I tried to grease my machine I was struggling to get any grease from the tube. When I returned the following Saturday to tell him of my problem, that the tube was not full and I couldn't use it, he told me that I had used it and that he would only sell me a new tube not give me a replacement tube. Obviously the tube he sold me had been used in his shop and put back into stock or it was a faulty tube from Phillips the manufacturer. If you want good honest service stay away from this one. Very frustrated!
