Kate's Waggy Tails

I took my Groodle Miley to be groomed by Kate. I was charged $80

I specifically requested that she did not cut her short.While she had some matting she had none in her tail or around her mouth that a brush and wash would not have sorted. Most would have been brushed out. When I picked my dog up she had been completely shorn her tail her mouth. It was a mess and patchy and will take months to grow back. Around her mouth is cut lopsided her eyelashes cut.She had my phone number she could have contacted me and asked me what I wanted. The poor dog is freezing She also did not smell like she had been washed at all. Her cuttings were on the floor and dry so I feel she did even wash her. I would not recommend her to anyone a very unprofessional groomer
