I used this company to have my car transported from NSW to WA. I was given the run around from the start with dates. When my car arrived it was damaged severely and had 250 extra kilometers on the speedo. The owner claims he has no idea how this happened, he has disregarded the damage. I have supplied pictures prior and after. The logbooks were stolen from the car and again the owner disregarded. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My limited edition car is now damaged, thanks to this company. I would not even give one star to this business.

Arrived to pick up car for transporting. The call to advise came from Blacktown NSW. One car bringing another driver to take our car back to the depot.

NOT a mask in sight! I am presuming these workers are not from the same household. The passenger got out, unmasked, exchanged conversation, and drove away in the car.

Wear a mask, take responsibility for you behaviours.

Incompetent, lazy, inept, useless.

Vehicle sat in their depot for weeks. Finally they blamed a flat battery. When I asked how it got onto the first truck if the battery was flat they had no answer.

Then I asked why it has taken weeks to find out they said each day they went to load it and discovered the battery was flat, then the cycle continued. Some sort of Ground Hog Day thing going on there.

Here I am, still with no vehicle after a month!

I bought a perfect Suzuki Jimny from NSW and had it transported up to Brisbane, just before delivery I was told that the vehicle was damaged in transit. Due to their negligence and no care for someone else's property I don't have a vehicle for the next four months. I don't recommend them for your transit.

If you are reading this, this is your opportunity to save yourself a LOT of troubles. They could very well be cheaper in the short term, I wouldn't know but you trade that saving for other costs, just read the reviews. I wish I could give less than 1 star, I really do. I try not to be unkind so being this critical is hard. Perhaps if I put it this way, if you need a transport company to put the wrong car on the truck then stuff you around with dates and times while the whole time lie to you, not deliver the car saying they called but you weren't home so you have to wait for a returning truck, all to cover for not being there or delivering it when scheduled by more than a week too. If this sounds fun to you then well done you found them. Have a look at the REAL reviews here, it looks very bad. How a company can get away with this kind of stuff is beyond me. These people should not be in business due to the way they run it. PS don't waste your time complaining because then they yell at you!!!!

Nothing but issues, have had problems and they are still yet to be rectified

1. In Melbourne when they picked up my vehicle was on a Friday around 3pm in Cranbourne West, the driver stopped at around 4pm at Dan Murphys in Dandenong before getting on the Monash freeway, wonder why?

1. Stole my toolbox full of tools that was located inside the car as I was allowed to transport it with goods inside, if they were transporting it and locking the vehicle when they took it off the truck and back on, then it can only be one of the drivers or workers at the depot, if they did not lock the vehicle then how irresponsible are they with other peoples property!!

2. This is was a brand new vehicle when I received it in QLD it was full of mud marks on carpets, shoe marks on door panel, scratches on plastic from shoes.

3. Also note this is not a direct service like other carriers, they take your vehicle from Mel depot to Syd, stay there outside for few days, then to Kempsey depot where it stay outside for days again and then same at Brisbane depot.

4. The head office could not get hold of the driver for days when he arrived in Brisbane, what sort of company is this that cannot get hold of the driver?

THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR PROPERTY SO I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE THEM AGAIN.
