      I'd like to leave a review as I felt omen of the precious reviews was a little unfair given my experience with this business has been very different.

      I have now used Wanda Carpet for 2 properties now (they were recommended by my real estate agent) and have been very happy with the carpet and floorboards laid in my house (and previous house).

      Furniture removal is an additional charge and fair enough. I don't see why you would expect someone to perform this service for free.

      Wanda carpet's doing very good customer service!
      We are very happy with job done by them! They provide variety of floor service that makes us to do carpet & timber installed, and even sand & polish in the meantime! Price is quite reasonable as we pick up something they have in stock.
      We highly recommend you to give them a call if you want your floor covering done very well.

      I was very pleased with the service I received from this company. The job was done quickly and with little fuss. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for hardwood flooring. Great service and good value for money.

      My husband and I went to visit Wanda Floor Coverings and were surprised by the large variety of flooring products they had. Jacken was very helpful in giving in advice as to which product we should choose. We ended up getting the engineered. We are very happy with the installed floors. We will definitely recommend you to our friends.

      Utterly unimpressed and would recommend not to waste your time and money with this company.

      Do yourself a favour and seek a better experience they are a nightmare to deal with rude and unreliable

      Wanda Flooring customer service was disgraceful.

      Firstly I tried to go to the store in St Peters and telephoned the management staff if it was ok to meet them in 30 minutes in which the reply was see you then I will be here Arrive there and they had left the property to go out and perform a quote and kept me waiting over an hour.

      Then we installed our floorboards and they just never pitched up with no communication at all while we had to wait at home to let them in.

      Then on installation of our carpet once again no show we call the customer service person follows this up with an SMS saying we cannot attend today??
      Then my wife calls the office and the same person slams the phone down.

      The worker eventually comes out and refuses to move a small cupboard unless $50 is given on the spot. The worker continued to act aggressively to my pregnant wife as to say she should remove it herself.

      Eventually as it was passed 5pm the worker decided to leave as they refused to continue to work after being 5 hours late and nothing was done and they refused to return as we would not pay the $50 to move a small cupboard
