Bins Skips Waste and Recycling

Well I can say booking online was easy enough and the bin arrived on the right day but in the afternoon so I didn't get to use it on my day off. Because it didn't come in the morning I wasn't finished with it by the 7th day and was surprised when it was picked up in the morning. When I spoke with the company on the phone they tried to see if the bin could come back but it had already been tipped. I wanted to get rid of my stuff still so they arranged another bin for me to fill next week at my cost . The manager there was a bit of a wise guy but in the end he brought me around on the fact that he had delivered the service that was agreed to and that it wasn't his fault I hadn't used the service fully.

If you're going to use these guys, order the bin for the day prior to when you want it if you can. Also plan to fill the bin prior to the pickup day or let them know what's happening so they can workout a compromise that will work for you or extend the hire (might cost extra). I've given them a 4 star review because although I wasn't happy about their "operations team" aka subcontractor picking up the bin 1/4 full they at least compromised in the end and did the second bin at cost for me, something the sub-contractor refused to come to the table with.
