Booked ibis hotel after travel zoo had an offer stating either queen or twin accommodation. Phoned to ensure it was twin, indicated that was ok. Used web checkin a couple of days before arriving, noting request for twin accommodation.



Arrive and they provide a queen. Front office staff say nothing they can do - perhaps not indicate twin was ok to start with so we could book elsewhere would be a start.



Oh, and a bottle of wine on arrival - perhaps be upfront and say it's not a standard bottle of 750ml, it's a mini bottle.
