As a technology geek, I asked Rohan to program my mobile and I pod in to my new Hyundai.
He never hesitated and it took him all of 3 minutes to set it, leaving me so excited to be able to use
these accessories.
Rohan made me feel so comfortable and I have no vacillation in recommending him for anything in the future
and I will go back if I ever need or require help or assistance.

Woodleys, I cant thank you enough! After inadvertently locking my keys and daughter in my Volkswagen in 40deg heat, I was forced to break the front passenger window. Not an easy task and very distressing.
Jay in Volkswagen service was reassuring and fabulous. He organised a loan car with a tow bar (which we needed). They replaced the window and got every bit of shattered glass out of the car. It was everywhere! Thanks Woodleys, you saved our bacon!

Booked my Honda Accord for service whilst on agency in Tamworth. I asked they follow schedule, check & rotate the tyres and rechecked how long. Told 2 hours. On my return at 2hours car wasnt there. Strange. I waited, i waited in the show room. I heard a sales meeting- door was open, there was no TV, no coffee machine, no papers to read as required standard for Honda. Nearly 4 hours i went and asked for my car immediatly. Watched as my car was driven from their non-Honda workshop across the road. No service report provided. I asked how was the tyres 'dont know'. Found out my car hadnt been touched. Took my car in to be checked North Lakes to be told the fluids had bern touched. Tried to speak - service manager- didnt want to know. Dealership manager belittled me as a dumb female when i stuck up my proof nothing had been done at 60,000 service. Contacted national office to complain. Never again. Stay away

I too feel embarrassed as I also got sucked into buying a vehicle from this low standard car yard. They appear to have all the bells and whistles and their pre sales is spot on, but once they have your money it soon changes. I have been lied to by their staff, accused of their mistakes and made to waste not only my money but a large amount of my time. They have damaged my vehicle and tried to blame me for the damage. Much like Geri. W I have also had issues with the tyres but mine cost me close to $1000 for two tyres.

My brand new car was delivered dirty on the inside (coffee spills down the inside of the drivers seat, fruit peels and seeds in the rear door to name some) I told them about this and was told it would be cleaned but it never was. I do not live in Tamworth so have to travel over 600km and 6 hrs round trip just to attend this below standard car yard.

My vehicle was booked in to have a part fitted, they failed to fit this part and blamed me for it, then told me to bring it back next week (they are aware of my having to travel a distance to attend) The bimbo the had at the desk wanted to argue with me and lied to me about their mistake and blamed me for it. I requested a manager and had to argue with him for over an hour just to get an outcome. In the end I took their loan car back home (the one that when I suggested to take was no free) and they said they would delivery my car back to my home for me (this was my first option I gave them but took an hour of arguing to agree on) They fit the part 3 days later on a day they claimed they were booked out for and when my vehicle was delivered the mechanic who delivered it (cheapest staff member I guess) pointed out damage to my front and rear tyres on one side. I phoned the manager and was advised that it was damaged caused by me (I had only owned the vehicle 3 weeks) I had to pay for 2 new tyres ($1000 out of my own pocket) and am still being blamed for it.

Save your time and money and DO NOT use Woodleys
