I would never use Craig’s company again. I just needed him to service an error in my elderly father’s aircon system which Craig installed. After initial contact, which was fine and he seemed keen, it took several weeks just to get him to inspect, at which point a quote was given. After 2 months of waiting and 3 visits to correct the error and deliver two filters, he tried to charge nearly twice what he quoted, and after paying he never supplied the second filter, and he hasn’t responded since. Poor poor customer service and communication. He’s taken my elderly father’s money and he still will not answer calls or texts and hasn’t delivered the second filter. Give this company a VERY wide birth. Shameful.
