Morisset Taxis

Early in the day I booked for a taxi to pick me up at Bonnels Bay Shopping Centre. that is well known location... i also at times get taxi near Morisset Square - there Coles supermarket is located, that is near Yambo Street in Morriset.. Due Past Confusion by the Base , I using start the location first... then the site... This time i stayed Bonnells Bay Shops ( there are no over shops in the Bonnells Bay area )... the lady who answered - asked if i am near back of Coles , near the bus stop.. i said yes....as i have stated my location there.... i waited and waited... at least 45 minutes later - i contacted on the phone.. asking if i was still at Bonnels Bay. near back of Coles Bus stop.. i answer yes ... I am told , they sent taxis to MORRISET...and now there are no taxis in the local area and they have to send a taxi from Gosford to pick me up..... I said ok...about 10 to 15 minutes later... the driver of taxi rings me.. saying asking where i am... i told him Bonnells Bay Shopping centre - near Fishering Point Road....it seems the base also had him go to Morriset !!! - This being for the 2nd time they got the address... not long after the taxi came but was passing where i was.. where i had to wave my cap to sign the driver , where he waves back... - THE BASE PEOPLE SEEM TO KEEP MY LOCATION MIXED UP !!!

Worst possible service ever. Rude operators, so unreliable, never turn up on time if at all and rates are higher than ever as charges are surged to add more to your bill than what you would normally pay. Also drivers are not cautious at all whilst having passenger's in the car.

Reports of one driver in particular that is of an Indian descent driving dangerously with passenger's and small children in the car. One child was hurt because driver took of before child could get seatbelt done up. Driver slammed brakes on for no reason causing the child to get throw forward resulting in a head injury. Rude staff at call centre, service not to be trusted as they are so unreliable and drive dangerously with no concern or respect for their passenger's!
