Really wish 0 stars was an option. No products or refund for over 7 months!!! Have even stopped sending me pathetic excuses each time I try to contact them. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING, THEY ARE SCAMMERS WHO DO NOT DELIVER ON THEIR PROMISES! Complaint has been lodged with Fair Trading.

I've been waiting months. Every time I contact them, they say that it will be a few more weeks yet. Have tried for a refund, but I am doubtful this will happen. This business appears to be a scam.

If you want nice plus sized clothing, just get them from the US. Macys, catherines, lane bryant, etc - they will have the goods to you in a week or so.

What a disaster. I received half my order three months later and cannot get them to refund the amount outstanding. I am lodging a formal complaint with DOCEP. They should not be allowed to continue trading!

If I could give this so called business 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. They don't respond to emails or calls. When you question them they promptly cancel your order followed by a abusive email. If you want to wait 2-3 months for your order than go ahead and order from them. From my experience they don't know how to run a business and I suggest the owner and staff instead of taking pictures of themselves wearing the clothes actually post them out to their waiting customers. I also think some customer service training is required asap for this business.

Unfortunately my dealings with this company have been less than spectacular. Orders take an exceptionally long time, if they turn up at all. The company rarely responds to emails or answers the phone. My friends have had the same issues. While the clothes are nice, the company lacks any sort of customer service. All I can say is, byer beware.
