      Poor customer service and a bad attitude manager

      Booked at this motel 12 months in advance, turned up on the day of booking only to have the bad attitude of a manager tell us they had cancelled our booking WITHOUT any prior warning.we even showed him our confirmation letter they sent out. We then had to drive around half the night to try to find somewhere to stay.VERY POOR FORM FROM THIS MOTEL. Customers should never be treated this way.WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL.
