We rented a Honda city in March 15th for a week. They did home delivery of the car. Very happy. Cars were not brand new but only 1 year old. Very good definitely will be rented again.!!! Good work Tony.

Do not use this company. I hired a vehicle from them and suffered reduced pressure in one of the tyres. When I took it to a garage to have it fixed, the mechanic said he had never seen anything like it. Two of the tyres were bald, and one of the tyres did not match the other three. All of this, he said, rendered the vehicle unroadworthy, and he suggested I not drive it.

When I contacted the company they basically said that it was my fault for not checking it all when I picked the vehicle up. Not even an apology for putting my life in danger. I am currently consulting with the NSW Fair Trading. When I told the Rent a Rip Off representative that I would be doing this, he said "Do it", so I am.

They promised to have a new vehicle with me within a few hours. That was four hours ago, and I have had to phone them twice to check up on what is happening. All I got was "all our drivers are out on the road and we will contact you", despite being told I was being put to the top of the queue.
