Paw Park is a modern pet boarding facility located on the Far North Coast of New South Wales approximately 20 minutes South of Ballina. 30 minutes South of Lismore. 50 minutes South of Byron Bay. 2 hours North of Coffs Harbour. 50 minutes North of Yamba. 90 minutes South of the Gold Coast. Paw Park Pet Resort is open 7 days a week. Our office hours are STRICTLY between 8.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm Saturday & Sunday. you may check in or out any time during office hours. WE DO NOT OFFER OUT OF HOURS. Closed Public Holidays, but don’t worry we will still be on the premises looking after your pets. With a live-in staff member and on call vet service, we are dedicated to providing your pets with the highest standards of care. Our purpose built facility has recently been fully refurbished to the highest standards, and is equipped with 24/7 video surveillance cameras. Prior to Covid inspections were welcome at any time during office hours with no appointment necessary. However, guests are a lot more settled now only staff are on the premises so all checkins / checkouts are conducted in the car park.
Here at Paw Park we have 66 dog runs. Each run is a spacious 9.75m long x 2m wide. Each run has an indoor and sunny outdoor space with a storm door which can be closed in the event of inclement weather. All runs have an automatic water bowl for continuous fresh water. For warmer summer months, each run is fitted with a automated misting system to keep our guests cool.
We provide a size appropriate Kuranda Bed. We also have blankets and fleece pads available, however you may bring your own bedding. We provide Prime100 Chicken & Vegetable roll which is preservative free and Man’s Best grain free premium dry food. If your dog has special dietary requirements you may bring your dogs regular food. We do not charge to store and feed this out. The boarding rate is the same regardless of whether you supply your pets food or not.
If you wish to spoil your pup we have a range of extra snacks and meals available, such as Pupsicles, sardines, kong treats. If you would like your dog to have its own treats, please feel free to bring them – we do not charge additional fees for this.

My Pet Has Never Boarded Before, They Sleep On My Bed, Will They Be Ok?
First time guests sometimes take a day or two to settle in, but once they work out that we are here to give them lots of love they usually get quite excited about a visit to Paw Park.
What About Vaccinations?
For any dog boarding with us they must have a current C5 vaccination or higher, and for all cats a current F3 vaccination or higher.
Can My Puppy Kitten Stay With You?
It is a perfect time to introduce your new furbaby into boarding as it will elevate future stress. Your Puppy / Kitten must be fully vaccinated. Please contact us if you are unsure.
Why should I choose a boarding facility?
Our facility offers a safe, caring environment where your much loved fur baby receives multiple daily interactions with trained staff who are regularly monitoring your pet’s health and behaviour. Live in on site manager and vet nurse to ensure around the clock care.
What Time Can I Drop Off And Pick Up My Pet?
Our office is open from 8am until 4 pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm Saturday & Sunday for checking in and out. THERE IS NO OUT OF HOURS AVAILABLE.
Can My Dogs/Cats Share?
Our runs are spacious and can accommodate multiple family members. Dogs and cats are housed in separate parts of the facility. Dogs from the same family can share a run as can cats.
How long can my pet stay for?
We have dogs that come in for just a few hours and some that stay with us for months.
What Is Included In The Daily Rate?
We supply all food, treats, a daily play in the exercise areas, and dogs that are with us for 8 days or longer also receive a complimentary bath, brush and blow dry.
