Our air conditioner broke on Saturday, and he came on Monday which was really good. He advised that we needed a new one and his price was far better than any advertised prices. He arrive on Wednesday at 5pm to instal the new units and found out that the job was far more complex than he imagined. He ended up leaving at 1am as he wanted to make sure that we had a working unit for the upcoming warm days. He is thorough, does a high quality job, and I doubt that any other installers would stay to 1am to finish the job.
