As an authorised Daikin and Fujitsu dealer, we supply, install and service quality residential air conditioners from Helensburgh to Gerringong. All T.C. Air & Electric’s Daikin and Fujitsu installations of split, multi split and ducted air conditioners are covered by Daikin’s 5-year parts and labour warranty.
TC AIR employ 10 local tradesmen, apprentices and office staff, with 5 vehicles on the road constantly servicing the Illawarra. All staff have a variety of air-conditioning, installation and service history, as well as household electrical experience from 2 to 38 years. All vans carry numerous drop sheets, vacuums and household cleaning products to clean up any mess. We also have one van purposely set up for service work, with all tradesmen, service qualified, but one who specialises in service work. Ask for Dallas. We take away all packaging and debris from the installation, so you are left with only what you wanted – a great air conditioning system and nothing else.

If I move house, can I take my split system with me?
A split system can be removed and reinstalled in a new home. Daikin’s 5-Year Warranty, however, does not cover systems that have been reinstalled at a location other than the original location. If you are going to remove and reinstall your split system at a new location it is essential that a qualified technician undertake the installation in accordance with the air conditioner’s installation manual. This will best ensure the proper functioning of the system.
I have more than one Daikin split system installed, can I control them via one controller?
To control multiple Daikin split systems in your home separately from the one device, we recommend using a Daikin wired central controller. This is a centralised control panel that fixes to a wall and allows you to operate each of your systems from the controller. Please speak to your Daikin Specialist Dealer for more information and the necessary adaptor cards required for compatibility with your systems.

We had two split system ACs installed by TC Air and Electric a little under 5 years ago. We really appreciated their experience and advice regarding system needs and placement. We liked that they came when they said they would and did what they promised. We were so pleased with their service and communication that we have since used them for some general electrical work.
We are now even more impressed after noticing a leak in one unit this morning (Friday of the week between Christmas and New Year, during a heat wave). I rang on spec, not fully expecting the office would be open. Not only were they open, but Anne arranged technicians to call out straight away. In less than a day the fault was diagnosed, the part ordered, and an appointment for the repair arranged for early next week. Great communication, great service. Couldn't ask for more than that.

Poor repair and communication skills. Forget to do basics. Unfortunately only TC Air and Electric is the only Daikin installer and repairer in Northern Illawarra. Some competition or up-skilling for TC AIR and Electric is required.

I wouldn't recommend TC aiir . Had a air conditioner installed recently not hsppy with there installers or the owner .
