Kings Chicken Wyoming

I thought I would give the new owners another chance after poor service, their service again tonight was substandard, the place is falling about (poor maintenance). I placed a larger order and they made me wait for the party pack and continued to serve all the smaller orders that came after us (enough chips for 2 of our orders put together). After being handed the order, they then told us that we now needed to wait while they made the gravy. When telling the owner how disappointed I was, she had every excuse under the sun but no apology for poor service. I will never go back, another customer lost

Seriously best chicken and chips on the coast..
Not to mention there portugese burgers for lunch and now they have introduced a new garlic dipping sauce im in there every second day im addicted!!! Would highly recommend it plus super fast service for such a busy shop and staff always really polite and helpful have been going there since I was a kid and will continue till there doors shut which hope is never:-)
