Orange Powder Coat has been established in Orange for over 20 years.

Over the years we have accumulated a good customer base, not only from powder coating but abrasive blasting and industrial painting. We are able to powder coat a wide range of goods from tray bodies to garden furniture, various aluminium goods, fencing and all sorts of odds and ends, including pushbike and motorbike frames, car parts, and can even revamp your old screen door.

Orange Powder Coat prides itself on doing a thorough job and preparation is the first step. A full pre-treatment is very important in the powder coating process. Chemical or zinc based pre-treatment is applied, which has a dual purpose; to protect the job and to help the powder to adhere to the job. Abrasive blasting is another important step in the preparation process. Some items require blasting to clean back old paint, rust, etc.
