Rang on Wednesday to enquire about Bobcat hire and soil removal. Couldn't do it that week, would organise for next week. Heard nothing so rand on following Wednesday, knew who I was and made all sorts of excuses. Arranged for bobcat on Thursday, to come after first job in the morning. Started ringing at about 11am, went straight to message bank, never heard, rang 3 more times even tried sending text to mobile number they gave when ringing on landline. NO REPLY! So I thought they didn't want to talk to me so I tried to ring using my landline instead of my mobile. SAME result!

BOOKED IN JOB.RANG 7 TIMES THE FOLLOWING WEEK TO CONFIRM HAD NO IDEA OF BOOKING.REBOOKED FOLLOWING WEEK CALL AGAIN 11 TIMES WHEN ANSWERED GUY KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IT BUT WILL ASK HIS PARTNER AND CALL ME BACK.SURPRICE NO RETURN CALL. SOMEONE MORE RELIABLE NOW HAS THE WORK SO DONT BOTHER CALLING ME BACK NOT THAT I'M HOLDING MY BREATH WAITING. NOT HAPPY

Dee Gee Bobcats, excavated work at my house and remove the soil to make way for a driveway and paid in full, the operator was good but was pressurised to go another job so, left behind was 3 m³ of soil, I would remove soil myself but it's a bit much for me as I am retired so a few days late I decided to phone his boss to ask him to remove he said it would cost me three hours work plus the cost of removing the soil.
Not happy couldn't even be bothered coming out to inspect the job
