      The kennels are extra-large with an indoor and outdoor area and access to one of the five exercise yards. The Peak Hill Boarding Kennels is conveniently situated 1km off the Newell Highway. We give each dog the attention it deserves, in a clean and relaxed environment. Our aim to have happy well fed pets that enjoy staying with us. Kennels We require to sight current, C5 vaccination certificates on arrival. Please make sure your pet is free from fleas, ticks & worms. You are welcome to bring your pet's favourite toy or blanket to make your pet feel more at home. The Peak Hill Boarding Kennels is designed safe, clean & comfortable with warm loving care. The Owner has been involved with dogs as an Obedience Instructor, Food Nutritionist and Breeder for over 45 years and is dedicated to all within her care.

      My pet is in for a long-term stay will my pet get extra time in the exercise areas?

      It is important that your dog have not only lots of exercise but lots of attention especially if they are long-term so they have extra hours of play/exercise time regardless of the breed size.


      What if we are going away longer than expected?

      Just phone us, we will accommodate your pet until you return. During school holidays and public holidays, please let us know as soon as possible as space is usually at a premium.


      What vaccinations are required for my dog to board with the Peak Hill Boarding Kennels?

      Minimum requirements are current C5 for dogs. Titre Test Veterinary Certificate stating clear is also acceptable.


      Do you exercise all the dogs together?

      No, your dog has access to one of the five exercise yards for at least 2 hours per day. Individual exercise ensures your dog is safe.


      What if my dog does not like the dog in the next kennel?

      Our Kennels are designed to ensure the safety of all dogs in our care. Your dog will be moved to a more suitable position in the kennels.


      What happens if my pet becomes sick?

      We try to contact the owner for instructions. If the owner cannot be contacted we contact our local vet.


      I have 2 dogs, can they share a kennel?

      Yes, as long as they are compatible, alternatively, they can be kennelled side by side. They can also be exercised together.


      Can I bring my own dog food?

      Yes, if your dog has special requirements, that is no problem. We will discuss this with you at time of booking.
