Michael is FANTASTIC! I always know my shoes will be repaired well and I can fully trust him. I actually come all the way from Cremorne in Sydney to Penrith just to have my shoes repaired. So nice to have people you can trust! Rosemary

Love this service. Nice guy and incredibly helpful - gave me advice to self-help repair some boots done dodgily in one of those Westfield Malls (not sure which - might not have been the Penrith one - I've had work done there that was fine). But this guy advised on best glue and gave me some cheap. He also did a brilliant job fixing my favourite (expensive!) boots. I don't know him - this is the first review I've ever done because I love to see a really good service stay in business - so use him:)
