Sewing Machine Repairs

This company has less than zero customer service. If you have an option to find someone else for repairing your machine, please do so. To start with, the people in this business appear to be friendly and give you a reasonable quote but once your machine is their hands you will be at their mercy. I gave them my sewing machine for repair and 2 months later it is still not fixed. They would never come back to me with any updates. I have to call them numerous times to get at least some information on what is going on and most of the times the person who answer the phone will have no idea of what to say and will promise you that they will call you back, which will never happen. Even if you manage to talk to the mechanic, he will not give you the true information or assessment. Finally, when they are actually ready to fix your machine, you will be surprised that the original job estimation has grown up from $200 to $750, without any previous notification or discussion.
