      R & A Ross Transport prides itself on extensive range of heavy transport services that handle all surface & weather conditions.

      We take great pleasure in running a professional business and have a strong emphasis on safety and to do this we make sure all our staff including our drivers, mechanics and administration are professionally trained and qualified to ensure the best performance and safety is being delivered. We have supported the i98fm Illawarra Convoy since its inception in 2005 and continue to support it. Ross Transport has donated over $1m so far thanks to the help of our sponsors and employees.

      We are now operating with a fleet of over 70 trucks and 120 trailers with a range of transport options such as tippers, flocons, truck and dogs, tautliners, flat-tops, extendable and drop deck trailers, as well as a rough terrain forklift that can do brick deliveries and used on construction sites. Frances Ross received the Don Watson Memorial award at the Australian Trucking Association Awards in 2018. This award was presented to her for giving conspicuous service to the Australian trucking industry.

      She was also awarded the Excellence in Transport Award at the Women in Industry Awards in 2022. This award was presented to her for going above and beyond to improve and positively impact the Australian transport industry. This is an incredible achievement for her and we are all so proud. Our yard is large enough to handle all of our fleet and more which also includes our own workshop with highly trained and qualified mechanics that regularly service and maintain our fleet. We have just done major renovations to our yard and workshop to make it better than ever! Our yard is big enough for full access for b-doubles to drive through and around the whole yard.
