FAQs
What colour matching process do we use?
All files printed on-site use the CMYK process. Colour variations can occur from print run to print run using this process .The print run itself as well as different paper stocks all have a bearing on colour variations. Colour corrections of files is not available.
What type of file/format do you require?
Print ready PDF files are preferred as it embeds all the fonts, images and layout of your file.
Do you design and set-up documents?
We prefer the files to come to us as a print ready PDF, however depending on your requirements some set-up is available at our standard printing labour rates. We do have various in house pre-designed templates and designs available to choose from for our specialty printing. We will look at each job individually and advise what options we have available for you.
