Oustandingly BAD customer service. Wouldn't lift a finger to help co-ordinate with builders, were seemingly unaware of their own products, forgot to order products (causing delays), tiled incorrectly, tiles the wrong way, didn't turn up when arranged, things that went wrong were my fault, hassled me to finalise the bill before the job was finished.........and....sent someone around to measure up the job 3 weeks after the job was finished. Haven't a clue!
