Very positive workplace, will definitely recommend this to my work colleagues and friends. I have been using Orthotic Specialist Centre over the years to help with my fallen arches, and they have been nothing but exceptional with both their level of service and care.
At one point in time I had severe pain and difficulty walking after a rolled ankle. The team at Orthotic Specialist Centre put me at ease though after fitting me with a cam walker and checking up on me during my recovery.
A special thanks to receptionist Sharon who often reminds me of my appointments, knowing I'm quite forgetful!

If I had the option to not give a star, I would. This business does not provide customer service.
As a health care professional, I am appalled by the way I have been treated...by both their centres.
I totally agree with the other review. If you have the option to use ANY other business, do so.
This company is a sub agency for "RehabHire", so hire out mobility aids. They put my adult son's welfare at risk by not communicating with me regarding the delivery of a product - after I had paid for the hire - and then when I phoned them after a weekend to cancel the hire and complain about the complete lack of service, the receptionist hung up on my call!
Find a company that can actually provide a service, because this business will not :(
Stay well clear, even if this business has been recommended by a service provider. There are other businesses that will be able to assist you. Please find one that will!
I'm convinced that if you use this business, you will be disappointed.
