Pinelands Dry Cleaners

Very poor service. Most recently, I got shirts ironed and some were unwearable as creases had been folded into them (where the shouldn't have been). I tried to discuss my complaint with the company directly but can't get any response.

Previously, I left trousers in for dry cleaning and similarly, they came back with creases ironed in where they shouldn't have been. I work on the Nathan campus of Griffith University and was told the company wasn't interested in collecting from here (although they still do)!

I know I shouldn't have used them again but there aren't many options on campus. Is anyone else interested in offering a competent, honest dry cleaning/ironing service?? There are thousands of staff on campus, as well as the students.
