By admission from the business there was negligence with inexperienced staff attending to duties that they were clearly not trained for. This caused grieve to our family and no amount of apologies from BSCV, or even the offering of a plaque and plant will ever ease our feelings of loss.

BVSC's responsiblity of care clearly ceased as soon as the account was settled in full.
