I wish it were possible to give this store and company a 0/5. We purchased a lounge which as per their policy, we needed to arrange to have 2 people collect (as the store offers no service to help load the product and delivery to our home was going to b e$180 on a day that I (8.5months pregnant) was going to be home on my own. We did this, the item was concealed in a box which when it was brought home, was indeed the wrong colour! I called the next business day to advise, was told I would get a prompt call back but did not. I then called the following day and was told that I could box up the item and return the following weekend to replace with the intended colour.
NOT GOOD ENOUGH! Why should I/my husband and brother in law have to do this running around for something that isn't our fault??? I advised that I was dissatisfied with the outcome to the store person who advised me to email head office. I did this and 3 weeks later (and another email) I remain in waiting. NEVER AGAIN and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS STORE AND COMPANY.
