A timely repair done on my dishwasher which was good. However misrepresented the cost of parts indicating they were “expensive’ and charged an approximate 300% markup. I understand having some markup due to maintaining stock of parts but he refused to confirm the cost I was charged when I queried it. This is surprising when they are so transparent with their call out and labour fees. Don’t trust this business to provide a fair quote, they rely on you being naive and trusting. If you do use them I suggest you do your research and ensure you don’t pay an extortionate amount for the parts.

These guys are really fast in their response time, and professional in their follow up. They gave excellent advice re repairing and maintaining an older appliance and were exceptionally punctual when it came to quoting for the repair work to be done, and then completing the job. I highly recommend them

Great service of our washing machine. Was worth the money. Andrei was very friendly and fast. Had our machine up and running with a new part quickly. Gave us tips on simple things I could do to save money and prolong the life of the machine. Will definitely be calling back when needed.
