Our caravan went in to them for a leaking washing machine. Also to repair any water damage to walls etc. On collection the work was terrible and the washing machine still leaks. Asked for our bank details but no refund forthcoming. Never going back and will spread the word far and wide.

Caravan went in beginning of June for insurance repairs after water damage from rain March 2022. Was told approx10 days for the repairs and took 2.5 months. David the manager was supposed to call us in the first week to discuss colours for the interior but never rang and never called back when we rang in and then chose colours on his own free will. We ordered a Polar White awning and on completion they had put a charcoal black awning on, completely disregarding our order which was specified quite clearly on the quote in large capital letters. With the whole reason it took so long according to the company was because of the awning. David denies putting the wrong colour on and now won’t return any calls from us or the insurance company to fix the problem. David “the manger” has absolutely no respect for his customers and what they are wanting and refuses to acknowledge that he screwed up big time. We understand mistakes happen but to now completely ignore us shows his morals as a person and work ethic.
It has been an extremely horrible and upsetting situation and regret 100% trusting David and this company to repair our beloved family caravan. A his doesn’t even include the scratches, dents, hole and dripped paint that we found once we picked it up. David tried very hard to rush us out the gates once we had paid our insurance excess. I would not recommend them to anyone at all in the future.
