We experienced the unpleasant process of a failed NDIS property investment. The owners had poorly run it, and management was falling apart. One of the owners had advised us to bring in a receiver to sort out the mess. I thought the receiver was working for us, but that wasn't the case. All of the investors were treated as if the issue was our fault. The process was drawn out, and the receivership fees were billed at excessive hourly rates. I would look around for alternative companies where you have some control.
