Browns Plains Family Practice

I highly dislike this family practice.
Everytime I book an appointment for 4:00pm i dont get in too see my doctor until around 5:00. I went in and asked to get my pap smear done as it is well over due. The doctor Sue "replied' saying (sigh) i cant do that today i am so late with my time and my clients. I replied saying. We spoke about this last time i was here. And i have been waiting for about 1 hour. Sur replied saying " i guess i will do it, lay on the bed. I found her quiet rude and unproffessional.
