Agree with review by norma, our husky has a large chunk out of his fur that they took out nearly two years ago and still hasn't grown back ruining his look, also agree with them being rude, waiting times are ridiculous and have personally walked in and heard verbal abuse towards pets

Unprofessional, rude and don't have a clue what they are doing. I took my westie dog there for wash and cut for which I stipulated that I did not want it too short. I returned after 2 hours and they were not finished and I was rudely told to leave as my dog would not sit still. When they were finished, my pup was shaved all over, even his face. When I expressed my disappoint I was told that they made a mistake with the blades but it was a communication error on my part as I did not let them know he was a westie. I would advise anyone thinking of going there to run in the opposite direction!

I have been sending my pooch to Yuppy Paws for 3 years now, my little mate loves these ladies, and he always comes back beautiful, I highly recommend. You know your on a good thing when your pooch wants to go the groomers.
