I called (Unspecified) Lawyers to speak with the lady that is handling my case, only to be met with her disgust for my phone edict. I proceeded to call her m'am whom i call every lady i speak with on the phone. (for men i say sir) We had a heated discussion about how she cannot give me legal advice (which i wasn't seeking from her anyway???) than to my surprise she said " DO NOT CALL ME M'AM, I AM NOT OLD". She was provoked by a comment i said earlier to her co-worker "i will pay $1 a week". Obviously in the real world i knew that's not going too fly. For M***y this was a perfect situation for anger and unprofessional-ism. As a company i would be embarrassed to have this particularly angry short fused individual answering my phone. Its a shame you cannot chose who takes your case......
