I have used this company twice John is a great guy and Karen fantastic to deal with,we did a big move from north qld to nsw in 2013 and a 3 hour move yesterday and both times have had nothing but fantastic customer service.
I would highly recommend 5 out of 5 for us

Do Not Use this company, you will get exactly what they are called 'budget'. I have moved many times and never had to deal with anyone like this! After cancelling a truck on us the day before pickup via email we were only able to transport half our goods with them. Almost everything we had that was breakable was broken. They told us they had a 'no break' policy! After having to run around and get 3 quotes for EVERY item broken they picked and chose some things to fix. They were very quick to sign us up for moving but then it took numerous emails and days of waiting for contact before things were fixed. I requested they fix a frame that was broken and received an abusive and completely unprofessional email from the women there. Currently seeking advice on where to go from here, but moving is enough stress, do yourself a favour and use anyone but these budget, unprofessionals! I have rated one star as it won't let me rate none.
