Always been great service and I have been using pure water product for my home & business. Quality drinking water, especially with Perth poor water quality, I have saved lots of plastic bottles & money for buying drinking water from the shelves.

We used to have a water bubbler in the office, but weve recently replaced this with a system that
fitted easily under the sink in our kitchen. We were able to get rid of the cooler and everyone literally
has filtered water on tap. Perfect for staff and clients

Pure Water Systems are one of the few water filter companies that back their product with excellent service and support. I have an under-bench system installed in our office, and am about to get one for home (as are a number of the staff that work here)!

Very unhappy with the cheap chinese made water filter system that was installed in my office last year. I was informed by the sales member from pure water systems that their system is USA made and everybody else in competition to them sells chinese made, I can tell you know this us untrue. At the price of $1500 installed I expected way better. I have since done some research and can not get an honest answer from pure water systems so hence this review. The systems housings are made by pentair in China and come with a warning that state - warning - this product contains chemicals known to the state of california to cause cancer or birth defects or other reproductive harm. I also have a copy of this warning label.
