As a 30-year-old foundry, W have acquired substantial expertise in non-ferrous metal fabrication and earned quite a reputation for quality custom-fabricated metals. We are certified and licensed and provide relevant consultation regarding the same. Our services are directed at helping the agriculture industry, the automotive industry and other engineering services.

Qalcast (Gold Coast) is a locally-owned and operated, 30-year-old non-ferrous foundry that caters to a wide range of industries and their metalwork requirements. We provide custom-made castings, brackets, couplings, fittings, bushings, keels, propellers, rails, housings, plaques, sumps, turbo inlets and tools and a whole lot of other fabricated items. We work on all types of non-ferrous metals like aluminium, brass, bronze, copper and gunmetal.

We have a great set-up for carrying out all works efficiently. We can perform all types of processes like heat treatment, machining, moulding, sand casting, shot blasting castings etc. We also carry out alloy casting, lead casting, copper casting, grave markers, core making, sand casting, metal polishing, copper sand casting etc.

While we excel in our workmanship, we are second to none in our customer focus.
