I emailed to cancel my insurance as I found a much cheaper policy and Robert wrote back with N angry email and even cancelled other quotes I had for seperate cover! So unprofessional. Avoid.

Genesis Insurance has very accommodating staff. Our company has been using them for well over ten years now. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable. I can highly recommend this company to any business for all of their insurance needs!

This business has incredibly rude staff. I was hung up on twice, and when I called to ask what was going on and find out who I could make a complaint to, I was hung up on again.

It took me 3 phone calls just to get their complaints email to send through information about what had happened.
