      Is there a bond?

      If you choose the $2500 excess, then there is a $1000 bond. If you chose the $330 excess, then there is a $330 bond. If you chose zero excess then there is a $50 bond.


      Is there any charge for extra drivers?

      No, we do not charge for extra drivers.


      What are the Insurance terms and conditions?

      Standard Excess $2500. Reduced excess $20 per day to reduce to $330. Premium insurance $Zero excess.


      How old do I have to be to rent a car? Is there an upper age limit?

      The minimum age to hire a car is 21 years old and there is no upper age limit.


      Do your cars have unlimited kilometres

      Yes, all cars have unlimited kms except the $49 per day small car, limited to 50 kilometres per day.


      Do you do airport transfers?

      Yes, we provide airport transfers to and from our office during business hours. Cost is $5 for the entire group.


      Do you supply child seats?

      Yes, we provide free child seats; however customer must install them themselves.


      Can i pick up or leave the car at the airport?

      Yes, you can however, there is a $30 charge for parking on pick up and again on drop off.
