Don’t waste your time or money with northern frontier.

It’s just a formality to precede going to court.

There is no effort put into coming to any agreements on the mediations behalf. Melinda just says do your research, get legal advice and asks you what your proposal is and then what the other parties proposal is and there is no negotiation or reasoning done between the two parties. I’m disgusted this is what some mediation has become like. Would not waste a $ with this business.

They only see court as the end result. Melinda wasnt any help, the only help she gave me was to call a lawyer as she has no knowledge on family mediation situations. She changed a template parent plan and told me i have grounds to go to court. No guidance or want to solve the issues. Waste of time and money. Told about free coparenting apps which are not free. Useless!

Work was giving me a hard time about taking time off to sort things out after my wife left. I was surprised to learn I could see the mediator at 7am – so flexible. Great service guys.

As a grandparent I found myself cut off from my grandkids after my son’s separation. Mediation was a way of reconnecting with my daughter-in-law. We cleared the air and I now see my grandkids every month.
