North Stradbroke Island, Straddie to the locals, is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful places on earth. One of the worlds largest sand islands, Straddie is filled with incredible sandy beaches, surf and unique flora and fauna. All dogs must be on a lead for the entire journey including the pontoon and they must be well behaved.
Getting to Toondah Harbour, Cleveland The free Stradbroke Flyer courtesy bus picks up water taxi passengers from the Cleveland Train Station 10 minutes prior to each water taxi departure. As you exit the train station follow the footpath to your right around to the bus stop. The bus route includes Point Lookout and Amity Point. Bus info available at stradbrokeislandbuses.com.au. Alternatively, you are able to bring your bicycle on the Stradbroke Flyer. Rides to Point Lookout, Amity Point or the Causeway, Main Beach are approximately 20 kilometres. Brown Lake, North Stradbroke Island Golf Club and Myora Springs are a shorter ride.
