NCS was established in May 2003 by a group of experienced civil construction workers, with our primary focus being pipe laying services including sewer, water, stormwater, subsoil, electrical and communication services. We also offer some concreting works including sewer manholes, stormwater pits & headwalls. NCS is dedicated to the research and development of new products and procedures to ensure the continual improvement of our products and services. NCS is code compliant.

      We have a team of experienced and enthusiastic personnel committed to providing an efficient service to our customers. Due to our broad knowledge and experience in the civil industry we are able to work effectively with other contractors on site.
