When is membership due? And can I use my discount at other friendly’s pharmacies?

All memberships are considered current from January to December. We start renewing for the new year in December. For your convenience, all previous cards remain valid until the end of February. You can also use your member’s card at other friendly society pharmacies however their discounts may differ from ours.

Can someone else collect my script?

Most of the time this is fine for someone else to collect your script, but in some cases depending on what the medications is and the label on it you will need to be present. If you are unable to be present then it is best to call us and find out. We do also offer a delivery service.

Do you hire out rollators?

Unfortunately we cannot hire out rollators, but we do sell them so please ask in store. Members get a discount on the purchase of health equipment including rollators.

What can I hire?

We have wheelchairs, toilet aids (you will need to purchase the pail for inside), crutches, blood pressure machines, shower chairs and nebulizers. Members receive 10% discount on the cost of hiring health equipment.

Do you do deliver? When can you deliver?

We sure do! We deliver twice daily to the Dalby township. This is for medication and health related items only. Payments can be made over the phone, in cash or EFTPOS at delivery. You can even set up a regular delivery day for your convenience. Please note that the order cut-off for afternoon delivery is 2pm.

Can I get my ears pierced at your pharmacy?

Yes, if you are under 16 you will need a parent or guardian present. We cannot accept a signed note or permission over the telephone. We do not pierce the ears of children under 3 years of age. Piercings are done between 9.30am and 11.30am as well as 2.30pm to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. We do not offer piercing on Saturdays.

Do you offer vaccinations?

Yes, we do. We provide flu vaccinations and booster vaccinations. These can be done onsite without a script. A qualified pharmacist administers the injection. For your convenience we suggest you call ahead to make sure the pharmacist will be available at the time you are intending to come in. The cost for flu vaccination is $25. Can I keep my scripts at the pharmacy?

Yes, you can. You can then have these prescriptions filled at the counter, over the telephone, or by using the MedAdvisor app to Tap-To-Refill.

Can I get a credit account?

You may be granted an account if you can show that you have a good credit reputation. You will need to be a current financial member of the pharmacy and fill in an account application form. Filling out the form does not guarantee that your application will be approved. Accounts are approved at the discretion of management. All accounts are for 30 days only and we may take action to recover monies owed on any outstanding accounts.

How do I arrange webster packing?

You will need to see your doctor for a medication summary. Once we receive this we can discuss with you when you need packs and how often. We can arrange delivery for these as well.
