I've been seeing Kirsten for several years now, and after a string of psychologists who I didn't feel could deal with my problems, I found Kirsten was the perfect fit. She's highly experienced, offers a range of solutions for any issue, and doesn't pressure or judge.

I had to cancel an appointment because of ill-health. Receptionist refused to reschedule and said she would call me back. That was 12 months ago. I phoned several times to get a new appointment and was told I would be called when one became available. For someone with very severe depression, this is not at all appropriate.
