Acmed Medical & Specialist Centre

I only called up to ask for an appointment at this medical centre as the one I usually go to was fully booked out. The lady who answered the phone was very snobby and not friendly in the slightest. When I asked what appointments they had available, she gave me one time, I then asked if she had one between 2:00-2:30 and she went on to say ‘I’m busy hold on’ and placed me on hold without asking if I was okay with being placed on hold. Being a receptionist myself, I know poor people skills over the phone when I hear one. Did not even go to their medical centre and I already don’t recommend.
