VEE CEE'S HAIR DESIGN

This was purchased as one of these Groupon vouchers. A male hairdresser, who didnt even bother to introduce himself, did my hair. It was my worst haircut and worst customer service experience in my entire life!!! I explained him exactly how I wanted my hair to get done, which was a very simple haircut style. However, I had to repeat it three times while he was trimming my hair. I asked specifically to cut my hair for at least 10cm, but he wouldnt listen and just kept trimming it centimetre by centimetre. I finally just gave up and couldnt wait until he finished the job. He wasnt interested in how I wanted my hair to get done; he just did what he wanted. I had a feeling that he really hated me and just rushed to get rid of me as soon as possible. I have to admit, he did my hair in less than 10 min including very speedy blow dry. During all this 10 min time, he hasnt said any single word to me, while he was having a friendly chat to another customer. I could really feel an atmosphere of hate, like if I was his biggest enemy! Nobody ever treated me like that in my entire life!
When I came home, I found that the length of my hair hasnt been cut evenly. There are some longer hair patches coming through. Now I have to find another hair salon to fix it. Obviously you get what you pay for but in my opinion if you advertise your service for a lower price, it doesnt mean you should treat your customers like third class citizens. I can say that because I was the only one who had the voucher and I saw how other customers have been treated in a very friendly manner (even been offered a cup of tea/coffee), while I was treated in the way if I was invisible or guilty of something. I felt extremely uncomfortable and my whole day (not to mention hair) was ruined. I am never ever going back to this place, even if they happen to advertise a free service. If there was an option to give them a zero star, I would certainly do that.

Found them through groupon and used a package deal, had never been in the area before and when I first stepped in the salon I was very skeptical and almost turned around and ran. Looks a little dodgy at first but goes to show you can't judge a book by its cover, because I'm very happy I stayed and they did a wonderful job on my hair! The colour is good, the cut was great, the staff were very friendly and I was seen to right away. Very happy with my experience. Would recommend.

My first time here great promt service, friendly staff I used a deal and for once I got what I believed I was paying for.
I will be back again.
